CONGRATULATIONS to Kate Wittstrom, Brooke Mueller, Caden Hartsburg, Jeremiah Berger, & Renee Malham for being a featured artist in the 2025 Youth Arts Expo! 

DIVERSITY CLUB - We will meet on Wednesday during advisory in Dr. Pilgreen's classroom. Please check in with your advisory teacher before you head to the meeting. 

GRADUATION SONG - Seniors vote in Google Classroom for the song you want played as you exit graduation. Submit your ballot by the end of the day Tuesday, April 29th.

PICTURES - Bass Fishing Club and Peers will have their group picture taken on Tuesday, April 29th during Advisory. Please report to the lobby after attendance.

FIELD DAY (FLAG FOOTBALL) - There is a sign-up sheet in the lobby for 5 on 5 flag football for anyone that is interested.

FIELD DAY (BASKETBALL) - Students wanting to participate in the 3 on 3 basketball tournament at field day, need to sign your team up in the lobby by Monday, May 5th. 

FIELD DAY (GAMING SYSTEM) - If there is anyone willing to let the Student Council use their gaming system on Field Day please see Mrs. Kunz.

FIELD DAY (CAR SHOW) - Student Council is sponsoring a car show during Field Day on Friday, May 9th. The categories are Best Engine Rev, Best Stereo, Cleanest Car, and Best of Show. The entry fee is $2 per category. You can sign-up for as many categories as you want. Prizes will be awarded to the winners. See Mrs. Kunz or the office for an entry form and rules. Your entry form and money need to be turned in to Mrs. Kunz 

by Monday, May 5th. 

SENIOR BREAKFAST - There is a sign-up sheet in the guidance office for seniors who want to attend the senior breakfast on Friday, May 16th at 9:30am. 

StrongHER - will be running this summer for 3 weeks in June (2-19) and 3 weeks in July (14-31) from 10:30-11:30 Monday-Thursday. It is open to any female Wesclin student entering 8th-12th grade for the 2025-2026 school year. Cost is $15 to guarantee a t-shirt and daily snack. CHEER - WHS Cheer will be holding tryouts later this month. Please come to the office to pick up a tryout packet and use the link to sign up.

 

STUDENTS TRAVELING TO ITALY & GREECE THIS SUMMER - We will have an "All Aboard" meeting on Wednesday, April 9th, at 6:30 in the Wifi area. This is an important meeting in preparation for our trip, so please make every effort to attend! See Dr. Pilgreen for more information.

 

EAA RAY AVIATION SCHOLARSHIP - The Greenville Pilots Association is thrilled to share an incredible opportunity for students passionate about aviation! The EAA Ray Aviation Scholarship, sponsored by EAA Chapter 1382, offers up to $12,000 toward flight training for one motivated student (ages 16-19) within a 60-mile radius of Greenville, IL. This scholarship provides not only financial support but also mentorship from experienced aviators, helping students take their first steps toward earning a pilot's license.
